NOTE! BELLOW MEME LIFTED FROM INTERNET! NOT  ONE OF MY OWN CREATIONS!  My Wife has often expressed a desire to have one of "His Organs" put inside Her. It makes me feel a little confused as I am still not entirely sure what She means? She is very healthy, after all! It is not as if she has a bad liver or a sick kidney of anything similar?
