Actually joking aside,

Because the "Joke" was 'menstrual cycle' / 'punctuation education' based, the idea it might be a good hook or be used as some sort of Meme or Advertisement highlighting "Period Poverty".

Young women are having to miss days off school because of not being able to afford their basic feminine sanitation needs.

I'll have to give the creative possibilities some more thought.
