About New UK Police Recruitment. 

(With a nod towards past USA police Recruitment.)

The UK Government spends a good few years reducing the UK police force
.
Now they are reversing this with a large recruitment drive.
.

.
All those, more experienced, officers previously lost would have all held certain world views.
.
And the newer, averagely younger, less experienced, officers may have different world views.
.
.
The question is then
.
In the selection process,
.
Are the psychological parameters, exactly, the same?
.
Or
.
Will the psychological assessments be different?
.
Will those psychological assessments now be altered to be either?
.
A)
Improve the number of fair-minded officers and ensure an even-handed justice for all?
.
OR INSTEAD.
.
B)
Be altered to allow a new breed of officers that may be more inclined to follow the orders of a slightly more politically extreme Government?
.

.
I am NOT putting on a tinfoil hat and saying the Government policy IS currently to do option ‘B’
.
BUT,
.
I am saying, 
That "IF" it were me...
.
That, if ‘I’ was a corrupt set of political sponsors,
.
Then I would make sure that option, ‘B’ was used.
.
Because that would be sound long-term tactical thinking.
.
Just, very casually, saying…

I wonder what the police recruitment policies have been like or altered since the start of the TRUMP Administration in the USA.
.
Long before these present riots.
.
It would be VERY silly to replace all the major key figures, including the Supreme Court,
.
But then not make sure all the pawns were not then also correctly aligned.
.
