! . I DO understand AMERICAS problem, . BUT! Refusing to vote is NOT any solution! . But short of civil war and an armed uprising  (Which is VERY BAD!) The only immediate rather weak band-aid solution is to keep getting each party of this limited two-party system to only serve one term each, forever alternately. ( Never two terms in a row ) .
