He punched a wall instead...
!
A male "friend" of mine claimed he never hit a woman and instead only punched a wall near her,
And this wanker could not understand how this was STILL Scary and Threatening to her!
The "Man" could not understand or comprehend how this was STILL Not 'ok'.
This person was 'bragging' about hitting the wall instead,
As if they deserved some kind of 'gold smiley face' or a 'good boy reward' on their 'lunch box' for making the "Heroic" effort to not hit the woman he was supposed to care about.
It could not enter his stupid toddler-style brain, that maybe having a violent reaction of any kind was Not an appropriate response, in any way, shape or form,
!
Here's a hint - a man or woman, of any sexuality, SHOULD FEEL SAFER AND MORE SECURE WITH A ROMANTIC PARTNER!
NOT the exact opposite of 'Safer and more Secure'!
!
I am not a pacifist
If it is in your nature to be a fighter, then that is simply who you are...
BUT
Your partner should find that aspect of you 'comforting' NOT 'worrying'!
(If that's the sort of person they are attracted to. - different people, have different tastes.)
You cannot really love someone who makes you scared or nervous!
That's NOT how Real romantic love works!
