Whether, landlord, employer or DWP, Police, NHS, or anyone really - IF IT IS NOT IN WRITTING ON AN OFFICIAL LETTER WITH A REF AND AN OFFICIAL LETTER HEAD - THEN ANYTHING THEY SAID - ANYTHING THEY PROMISED! - NEVER HAPPENED! - And 9 times out of 10, if you request confirmation of any conversation in writing, they either claim that "We don't do that" or the confirmation of the conversation letter never arrives! - WHAT DOES THIS TELL YOU ABOUT THE WORLD AND HOW SOME OF US ARE SEEN!??!! - THIS!
