This is my current theory on what Hell is in the afterlife and how divine Judgement works.

Although is based on a crapload of reading and personal inspiration,

I am not a spiritual leader!

No can really know until they die!

I am no more likely to be right than any random person standing next to me on a bus!

I will skip the logical steps I followed to get to the following conclusion
(Unless someone asks me about it!)

I do not think God ever actually Judges anyone!
Ever!
I currently believe that each person judges themselves!

God is Love
God welcomes all with to heaven with open loving arms!
.
When they die a person is faced with the purity and the perfection of God and Judges themselves in comparison to that Perfection, then sentence themselves to judgement.

Put simply “No!”

It is the Arrogant and Powerful that instead royally screws themselves over!
Because this is the universally self-regulating clever bit!
I recon all the,
This is far worse and, in many ways, far harsher than any Faith system!

Who is not (no matter how self-possessed of arrogant) deeply critical and attacking of themselves anyway!
.
Even! Without this protective perceptual filter of the mortal coil allowing self-delusion!

As a pure Hypothetical,

Setting aside your personal faith (or lack of it) for the moment.
In such an above scenario?

But the faith you are born into is like the financial wealth you are born into,
It is a lottery, based on mere chance and luck.

Catholic doctrine told me from a young age that some long-lost tribe that had never met Jesus Christ is condemned to hell, no matter how good, altruistic or pure the individual of that tribe might be!

No knowledge of Jesus = Hell, no matter how good an individual you were!
.
It is a mere chance that I happened to be born into a Financial Humble (ish) Roman Catholic Family.

This is not fair!?
This is not Just?
This is not Divine?
.
Especially as in our thousands of years of human history, travel was far more limited than is it today.

JUDGEMENT!
.What various people say condemns you to hell changes depending on your faith.
.
But the faith you are born into is like the financial wealth you are born into,
It is a lottery, based on mere chance and luck.
.
Catholic doctrine told me from a young age that some long-lost tribe that had never met Jesus Christ is condemned to hell, no matter how good, altruistic or pure the individual of that tribe might be!

No knowledge of Jesus = Hell, no matter how good an individual you were!

It is a mere chance that I happened to be born into a Financial Humble (ish) Roman Catholic Family.

This is not fair!?
This is not Just?
This is not Divine?

Especially as in our thousands of years of human history, travel was far more limited than is it today.

Most of the time you simply died well within 100 miles of where you happen to be born!

This seems a little too haphazard and random to be a fair and just the way Id expect an all-loving divine universal entity to be.

God is the ultimate universal intelligence beyond mere mortal comprehension,

God is not going to let a mere technicality rather than someone’s behaviour and goodness decide who is condemned and who is saved!

If God was truly Holy and Just then this fact can never be true!

So, I must conclude that GOD manifests themselves to show “GOODNESS” to the Humanity, he loves, all around the world throughout history, in far more than just one single way.

Of who we really were!
Sure,
Some serial kill might think they are the dark hero of their own misunderstood tale.
They may be brimming with undeserved ego and think that they are fantastic!
BUT!
When they die all the Bullshit is swept away and they are left with who are and how little that means!

They are then faced with the welcoming ever-loving arms of GOD who wants, plead and Begs them to enter eternal paradise.
.
The serial killer faced and comparing themselves to that purity of unconditional love, turn themselves away!
.
Full of the full knowledge of all that they have ever done, all the suffering they caused.
They then sentence themselves to HELL, possible for all eternity!
Never being able to forgive themselves for what they were!
.
The more welcoming and pleading the universal force of love is, showing them the paradise that is freely being offered, the more the seral killer condemns themselves and tortures themselves with a longing to enter that paradise.
That they can forever, never, ever, give themselves!
.
AND THAT!
(AND A PERFECT MEMORY AND FULL KNOWLEDGE OF EVERYTHING!)
. Sure,

But for Me personally!
That concept has me far more worried and scared than my 10-year-old more Catholic self ever was!

Maybe that is why learning to forgive and show mercy to others might be so very important now?
.
So that you might have the ability in death to show the very same levels of forgiveness and mercy to yourself when the time of judgement comes?
.
And at least then,
Or even your average Housewife!
