(after all, you have to get to at least level 5 to even enter them in the ranked match).

You should pretty much know all you need on any hero by level 5.
(Especially if you add a reasonable amount of time doing some online tactic research!) .

I merely meant the know all the ability functions and tactical basics well enough to play in the VERY BOTTOM of Bronze ranked, from a mechanical perspective.

I am Not suggesting there and not subtleties, tactics, and skills left to learn.

I am Not suggesting I can take a top E-sports player!

But the point was, that no one can improve at any skill by not doing It!

But if you go through the abilities list point by point and write a page of notes listing 'What enhances and affects what" then follow up with reading some of a large number of written resources to confirm your findings,

THEN,

Apply that research too practical application up to level 5,

Then,

Yes, an average person should be able to "have a go" at the Ranked Play a very bottom entry level with a view of improving those skills.

It is not that complex.

And learning the practical applications up to level 5,

I argue that anyone should be able to Enter Bronze, with a view to improving!
